Usually under 60 seconds. As soon as your payment clears, our system pushes the purchase to the server automatically. Join play.pickaxeminecraft.net, run /claim, and it's yours. If you're already online when you buy, you'll normally see it appear without relogging.
Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. All payments are processed over an encrypted connection by our payment provider — we never see or store your card details.
Nine times out of ten it's a username typo. Check that the Minecraft username on your order matches your in-game name exactly — it's case-sensitive. If it's correct and the item still hasn't landed after 10 minutes, open a ticket on our Discord with your order number and we'll fix it manually.
Yes. You have 7 days to request a refund on any purchase, and we don't ask why. The one exception is crate keys that have already been opened — once the loot is rolled, we can't un-roll it. Email [email protected] or open a Discord ticket with your order number.
No. You can check out as a guest — all we need is your Minecraft username and an email address for the receipt. An account just makes it easier to find your order history later.
Ranks give you convenience and cosmetics — extra homes, kits, chat colours, particle trails, a shop discount. They don't give you a combat advantage over other players, and there's nothing in the shop you can't also earn by playing. That's a deliberate design choice, and it's not changing.
PickaxeMinecraft runs on Java Edition. Bedrock players can't currently connect, and ranks bought here won't apply to a Bedrock account.
Yes. If you already own a lower rank, its price is deducted from the higher one. Buy Stone today, upgrade to Gold next month, and you'll only pay the difference.
Yes — every crate's full drop table and the exact percentage for each tier is listed on that crate's product page. We're not going to hide them.
